Stitched perfumed nappy bags: piercing the membrane and skin as a boundary. The nappy bag is a loaded material, suggestive of unpleasant yet necessarily cleaning, vulnerability and environmental issues. This particular brand is 100 x for £1 and quilted together they are curiously negligee like. The breastfeeding motif is embroidered many times, suggestive of repetitive routines as well as milk, which Kristeva also feels is 'the abject' along with other bodily fluids.
